We want you to be fully satisfied with your Eastpak purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns of unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customized items and products showing signs of wear are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original shipping box or a secure alternative, ensuring all original tags are attached and the return form is included inside.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the goods.
